SHIPPING

Earrings and necklaces will be shipped within 72 hours of placing your order. All LNO rings are hand-made to order and will take 2-3 weeks to produce. After production of your jewellery is complete, your order will be shipped. Sometimes we have rings already in stock and ready to ship, so if you require a rush on your purchase please email georgie@lnojewellery.com prior to placing your order online and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number, which can be used to track your purchase online.

All LNO purchases will be sent via NZ Courier Post. LNO ships anywhere within NZ for $5. The delivery target for this service is 1-2 working days. International purchases, depending in your location, will incur a larger shipping cost and the delivery target for this service is 2-6 working days.

The above delivery times are estimates only and LNO cannot be accountable for late deliveries caused by the postal system or delays through customs. 

International purchases may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the recipient's country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, please contact your local customs office. Please note that we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

 

SIZING

When ordering rings, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. 

To ensure you get the correct size, we recommend you get your finger sized by an experienced jeweller. Alternatively, you can measure the internal diameter (in mm) of an existing ring and check measurement with correct sizes at www.ringsizes.co. 

If you have ordered the incorrect size, we offer a resizing service which will incur a fee. Please note gold plated items cannot be resized. Customers are responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges and resizing.

 

JEWELLERY CARE

Jewellery items are delicate and should be handled with care, please follow these care instructions to get the best wear out of your LNO Jewellery.

Remove your jewellery when washing hands, using any detergents or chemicals of any kind, as they may tarnish and harm the finish.

Sterling silver items will tarnish naturally, to clean gently wash under warm water with a toothbrush and baking soda, and polish with a soft cotton polishing cloth.

Jewellery that is gold plated consists of a 9 carat hard gold plate over sterling silver. Gold plating will wear in time and the silver beneath will start to shine through. How long this takes depends on the amount of wear and environment the piece is exposed to. Avoid contact with water, detergents or chemicals of any kind as this may tarnish the finish. If you would like your piece to be re-plated, LNO offers a gold plating service - gold plating and shipping charges will occur.
