Through your purchase, LNO helps provide care to the children of Peru. Those who love to adorn their hands, necks and wrists with 18-carat gold and sterling silver, can do so while acting in an ethical and conscious way.
Founder and designer Georgie Caldwell experienced Peruvian orphanage life first-hand during a six month volunteer trip in 2013. She started LNO as a way to directly improve the futures of these children whose livelihood depends on goodwill alone.
Maria Salome Ferro boys’ orphanage in Cusco, Peru, is the original charity underpinning LNO. The orphanage is home to roughly 30 boys, aged from 6 to 18 years old. The children are all referred to the orphanage via Child Welfare Services and each bring with them their own personal story of hardship.
Read about the wonderful changes we made at the Maria Salome Ferro orphanage last year.
This year, we are hoping to expand our breadth of care by continuing to support Maria Salome Ferro, but also beginning to support to the Kusi Wasi orphanage.
Every time you purchase an LNO Jewellery item, you will receive a confirmation email that gives you the option to let us know which area of need you want your 10% to go towards.
