Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LNO Jewellery purchases. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, you're welcome to return or exchange online purchases, provided:

  • You must notify us of your intent to exchange or return within 72 hours of receiving your item.
  • Jewellery must be sent back in perfect, unworn state. LNO have the right to refuse returns that are not in perfect condition.
  • If the jewellery is faulty or not what you ordered, then the cost of return postage will be refunded to you. Otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the jewellery.
  • If you guessed your ring size and the ring needs to be altered, you will incur an alteration fee. 
  • Refunds will be made by the original payment method for the cost of the items. Postage is not refundable.
  • LNO cannot be held responsible for jewellery returns that are lost or damaged in the post. So we recommend carefully packaging the item and sending it with a registered / traceable and/or insured service.
  • Exchange requests are subject to the availability of items in stock.
  • Sale items, items purchased in conjunction with a promotion or coupon code, customised, resized or commissioned items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
