In the unlikely event you aren’t completely satisfied with your new jewellery, we offer a 30 day refund policy from the date of original purchase for all unworn purchases still in the hygienic packaging.

Unfortunately, for customer safety we are unable to refund or exchange items that we can not guarantee the cleanliness of. Once the packaging has been broken, you are unable to return the product. Items returned that have been broken out of the packaging will not be refunded or returned to the customer. The cost of the return will be at the customers expense and the customer is responsible for the item until it is received at LNO.

Please ensure you have suitable postage insurance. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns such as items that have been damaged, worn, not in original hygienic packaging or altered.

Should you require a different size, we offer exchanges for items still sealed in their original package in line with our returns policy. Should you be unsure of what size you require, please purchase on of our size guides and the cost will be refunded on purchase of your new jewellery.

On receipt of the item in its original packaging, a member of the LNO team will inspect the item and for genuine faulty items, LNO will take full responsibility.

Returns of this type will be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection, repair or replacement.
