INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we no longer offer shipping to destinations outside the UK. We appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
For customers outside of the UK, we recommend seeking out an authorized jewellery distributor in your region.
PREORDER WINDOW
- Shipping Schedule: Shipping for discounted orders will commence after December 11th and may take 1-2 weeks for delivery. Orders placed after December 11th will follow the same 1-2 week shipping timeframe.
SHIPPING
We provide free tracked and signed shipping for UK orders over £180 or above. Below is a breakdown of our current shipping rates and the services offered, which include tracking details and any signature requirements upon receipt:
- Standard Tracked 48 – £3.99 for orders up to £150. Includes full tracking and proof of dispatch. Items are generally delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Tracked & Signed – £7.99 for orders up to £900. This service provides end-to-end tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. Typically, deliveries are made within 24 hours (Monday-Thursday). Orders placed on Friday will be sent for Monday delivery, but Royal Mail often delivers on Saturdays as well.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
For orders placed before 2pm, Tuesday through Friday (UK time), we will dispatch the same day (except on UK public holidays when postal services are unavailable).
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folders, as these emails can sometimes be filtered there.
The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen during checkout and your location. For instance, UK Tracked 48 orders should arrive within two working days of shipment.
Please be aware that weekends and public holidays, such as Christmas, Easter, and Bank Holidays, may affect delivery estimates.
TRACKING & LOST SHIPMENTS
We ship all orders using Royal Mail's Tracked services. Royal Mail is responsible for any lost shipments. According to their policies, post is not considered lost until the following timeframes have passed after the estimated delivery date:
- 7 working days for UK deliveries.
For example, if an item sent with Tracked 48 is expected to arrive within three days of dispatch, it may take up to 10 days from dispatch for Royal Mail to classify it as lost. Until this point, the order may still arrive, albeit delayed. We are unable to file a claim with Royal Mail for lost packages until after the specified timeframe has passed.
During this waiting period, we recommend keeping an eye on the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.
If your order has still not arrived after this timeframe, please get in touch with us at hello@lnojewellery.com, quoting your order number, which can be found in your email receipts and notifications. In cases of lost or undelivered orders, we will offer a replacement or compensation.
IMPORTANT: Lost or missing items must be reported to us within 30 days of the order date. After this period, Royal Mail is unable to investigate missing packages.
RETURNED OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible if an order is returned due to an incomplete address. If your package is returned by Royal Mail for this reason, you will be charged additional postage for reshipping the item. If you choose a refund instead, it will only cover the value of the items, not the original shipping costs.
If Royal Mail leaves your package at your local sorting office, it is your responsibility to collect it within the timeframe indicated on the notice. If the package is unclaimed and returned to us marked as "Returned to Sender," we will not refund the initial shipping costs.
